There are several ways to get there from Bogotá. Via Carrera 7 / Autopista Norte. Go up to the village of Yerbabuena via the entrance to Castillo Marroquín until you reach the top of the mountain (5.5 km) and descend to the Sopó Valley (1.7 km). Via La Calera-Sopó. Climb to Yerbabuena via the road next to Colegio de La Violeta (2 km).

The project's roads are gravel and lined with brick gutters to channel rainwater. They also have 3-metre-wide green areas with trees to delimit the plots.
The main gatehouse has a house with beautiful planters by architect Lucas Oberlander (Honourable Mention at the 2020 Colombian Architecture Biennial).
El Retorno is connected to the drinking water network, which was built by the company Progresar ESP several years ago to meet the urgent needs of a large area of the northern savannah of Bogotá. Each of the lots has a water point installed on the outer border of each lot.
The three-phase power grid belongs to the Enel company in Bogotá. It is installed on poles located along the internal roads of the condominium. Some of them have solar-powered lamps to illuminate them at night.
The development has a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) built by OWM (Optimal Water Management). Recently, 18 panels and 4 microinverters were installed on the roof of the WWTP, which capture sunlight and convert it into electricity. This interconnection has significant environmental and financial benefits.
From Bogotá via Carrera 7 or the Autopista Norte, go up through the entrance to Castillo Marroquín (km 21). Take the paved road (5.5 kms) to the top of the mountain (Divino Niño) and descend to the Sopó Valley (1.7 kms). On the right hand side you will find the main gate of the Parceling.
From Bogota take the villa a de la Calera towards Sopó, cross the valley through the Meusa path. Go up the mountain in front of the Hacienda Zamora and on the left hand side you will find the gate of El Retorno (2 kms).
